Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol at the Stratford Festival

Christmas Carol

We’re thrilled to announce that proceeds from a dramatic reading of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol at the Stratford Festival on Friday, December 1 at 7:30pm will help build the Stratford Perth Rotary Hospice – a compassionate place where all are warmly welcomed and cared for.

Dynamic readers Geraint Wyn Davies, Michael Enright, Martha Henry, Seana McKenna, Cedric Smith, and Alison Wearing, along with talented musicians, will bring the story alive. Honorary Hospice Chair Cynthia Dale will speak about the new facility and perform. Join us for this well-loved story.

The broad support received for this event by the Festival administration and staff is truly heartwarming and tremendously appreciated by The Stratford Perth Rotary Hospice.

This is a night not to be missed!  Tickets: $30, $40, $50

City firefighters are creating a 2018 calendar as a fundraiser for the new Stratford Perth Hospice Twelve months and 12 shirtless firefighters. "Sometimes that's all it takes to get people to donate to a worthy cause! Come September, Stratford and area residents will get a chance to ogle the city's finest firefighters while simultaneously supporting the construction of the Stratford Perth Hospice scheduled to also begin in the fall."
